Receive "Download Error (-30)". After attempting to Resolve, get "AGGREGATOR_IN_ERROR (CP_SERVER_ERROR:FDP-2102"

Problem persisted when I tried to use Quicken's "Resolve" option. I was able to fix problem by Editing, Resetting, and specifying Direct Connect.1
