issue with commerce bank transaction download

commerce bank checking account download shows correct current balance, but no transactions in the register for the past few days (which is incorrect). I've tried reset and deactivate/reactivate, with same results. any suggestions for other things to try? (the account seems to update correctly on other aggregation sites, like fidelity full view)

Aside from being unable to update, do you also happen to be receiving any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) that you could provide us with here, please? Also, which connection method are you using to connect (Express Web Connect or Direct Connect)?
