My subscription is over. I can used the last version available. But I can't download anything for my checking or saving account. What is the use?

Besides support from Q, the ability to download is what the subscription gets you.

No subscription = No download (of either data or program updates)>

Well, if you must have the capability to download transactions from your banks, I'm afraid you will have to renew your subscription. If you can make do without it, you will have to learn how to manually record all your transactions and manually reconcile (compare) your Quicken account registers to your banks monthly statements.
