Want Deluxe but got Starter

what must I do to get my program converted back to DELUXE PREMIUM I had deluxe for more than six years and accidentally got kicked into the Starter program and I have written and tried to get back to my Deluxe and it now says I am paid up until March 2023 I DON'T WANT THE STARTER - I WANT MY DELUXE BACK - what must I do to get this done!

I took the liberty of reviewing your account with us and show that you do currently have a Deluxe subscription. Could you please open your Quicken program and navigate to Help > About Quicken to confirm whether it shows Deluxe or Starter there?
