Quicken Updated - messed up 13 accounts from our same bank

I don't know what
was in that last update, but it messed up my bank account
linkages.
My wife and I each have our own individual set of accounts, as well as a joint set of accounts. The individual accounts each have a savings and a checking account (so that's four so far). Add to that our joint account has a checking account, nine savings accounts, a credit card account, a personal loan account, and a mortgage account... totaling 13 accounts in one institution.
Quicken messed up all of the links, making it so that one checking account is getting transactions from another checking account, and so forth.
Quicken, in its infinite wisdom, when trying to RE-ESTABLISH account links, even if for just one log-in set of credentials, finds ALL 13 of the accounts across all three sets of credentials. And if that weren't bad enough, Quicken displays just the last 4 digits for the accounts when trying to re-link them to the existing registrars, hiding the main set of account numbers. So, for example, all of the main checking accounts end in -0090; all of the primary savings accounts end in -0001... that's two sets of three accounts that can easily get crisscrossed to the wrong accounts, and sorting THAT mess out has been difficult!
So, How do I get Quicken to stop hiding the full account numbers when trying to re-link them to existing accounts within Quicken?

Have you considered restoring a backup taken before the updated occurred? I believe an auto backup should have happened before the update.
