Recurring OL-393-A error with Wells Fargo

For several days, I have been unable to download transactions from 3 Wells Fargo accounts. I have tried both resetting the accounts and even deactivating them. When I reactivate them, they will get new transactions, but updating still generates the error. Any suggestions?
