Can't connect to Capital One accounts

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Been going on too long. There are several reports about this problem. We pay a yearly subscription now and expect problems to be fixed in a timely manner.

Thank you but this is taking way too long. The only reason I use Quicken is so that I can download my transactions. If that doesn't work, I do not have any reason to continue to pay for Quicken.0
