having issues with Capital One

Program keeps telling me to authorize by accounts to download but doesn't update. anyone else having this issue

    I've been getting more and more frequent CC-501 errors for Capital One cards accounts.  It takes several retries for a download to work.  The CC-501 problem is becoming very regular.
