Quicken can't connect to Capital One

My internet connection is fine and all other accounts updated. Please help.

    I require some more information in order to further assist you. What connection method are you using with Capital One (Direct, Quicken, Web)? Also, Are you receiving any type of error or message when Capital One does not update?
