- Which bank?
- Are you getting any error codes? If so, what are they?
- Are you having any issues setting up connections with any other financial institutions?
- Which edition (Starter, Deluxe, Premier, Home & Business) and which version (the revision). You can get both of these from Help > About Quicken.)
- Is your Quicken subscription current? (You can confirm this at Help > Check Membership Status.)
- What steps are you taking to get the connection for your bank establish?
