CC-501 Error with Connexus Credit Union

I have several accounts with Connexus Credit Union. All are under my master log-in (associated with the checking account). 3 accounts work perfectly, the rest will not download and when I try to reset, I get CC-501 and the account is removed from password vault. This has been going on for weeks. No change. Please help. Jim Smith
