Capital One will NOT Authorize - Error CC-501

I have NOT been able to Authorize my Capital One Checking Account for several days as of 2/15/2022. Also the online balance is not updating properly. This account changed its routing number last July. Is it possible that Quicken has not updated their routing number and now the old routing number no longer works?
The error message is: We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to connect to the Quicken servers at this time. Error CC-501

    This is still a problem as of 2/21/2022. Is there an estimated date that this will be resolved?

    The Capital One Reauthorize loop problem was resolved for me on 3/11/2022. 😀
