cc-501 trying to resetup CapitalOne

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭
This has been going on 2 weeks now. I've been having errors downloading from CapitalOne. I tried removing the online setup and adding them back, but I am always met with CC-501. I do actually get an email from CapitalOne saying account linked successfully. The Odd thing. My Wife has cards under her own account in the same file and they download without much issue. Occasionally giving me a CC-501 but on retry it will download.
