Why do loan terms never match actual loan terms? (Q Mac Canada)

my loan terms on Mac for loans are never correct - I need to manually change each transaction each time which is not very practical.

I compare this to Quicken for windows and using the exact same loan terms create proper loan details in the windows version.

    Thank you for contacting the Community, I am sorry that you are experiencing this. 

    Do you have the exact same information entered into the loan details on both Mac and Windows? Is the account connected to the Financial Institution or are you tracking it manually?
