Every time I do an add account for Schwab I then get ol-362a on my fidelity accounts. I have to deactivate them and add them back .

    Hello @GE123

I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue with adding accounts. Thank you for getting in contact with the Quicken Community regarding this matter.

Just so I am clear, are you able to add the accounts successfully after they have been deactivated? Also, be sure to accept transactions as you deactivate the accounts. You should receive a prompt of some kind if transactions need to be accepted before you complete the deactivation process; be sure to accept transactions as necessary.

I hope this is helpful, and I look forward to hearing more from you about this issue here in this discussion.

    Thank you,

    Quicken Jared

There is an ongoing bug for adding accounts that hasn't been fixed.
See this thread where I reported it.
