OL-362A after adding account

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
Every time I do an add account for Schwab I then get ol-362a on my fidelity accounts. I have to deactivate them and add them back .

I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue with adding accounts. Thank you for getting in contact with the Quicken Community regarding this matter.
Just so I am clear, are you able to add the accounts successfully after they have been deactivated? Also, be sure to accept transactions as you deactivate the accounts. You should receive a prompt of some kind if transactions need to be accepted before you complete the deactivation process; be sure to accept transactions as necessary.

There is an ongoing bug for adding accounts that hasn't been fixed.
