Continued issues with Downloading Charles Schwab activity

I continue to be unable to download security activity from Charles Schwab. This has been going on since November 2021.
I have done numerous troubleshooting steps. The download process appears to run at this point, but no data gets transferred.
This has become extremely frustrating.

    What version (build) of Quicken are you currently running on your Mac? Could you please let me know some of the troubleshooting steps that you have tried?
