    Thank you for contacting the Community, I am sorry that you are experiencing this error. 

    Are you using a Mac or are you on a Windows computer? With a 502 error, this would mean that there is an issue with the Financial Institution. How long has this error been occurring? We recommend waiting 24-48 hours to see if this issue still occurs and then we would like you to reach back out to us if it is.

    Using a Mac, the 502 error occurred  earlier.  The issue is now resolved for me.


    After a quick Goggle search, I realized the error message is typically caused by maintenance on the bank's website.
