Rent Manager will let me enter the rent but it is not posting it in the bank record. I tryed with another tenants and with another accounts. None of these alternatives work. Am I doing something wrong ?
I m entering the rent through the Rental Property tab, Enter Transactions Menu.
Select the tenant and the property.
I Have only one active tenant and only one property at all.

Hello @boazamr,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
If you haven't already, I suggest that you try validating and/or super validating your data file. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
Validate:- File
- Validate and Repair File...
- Validate File
- Click OK
- Close the Data Log
- Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
- Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
Super Validate:- File
- Hold CTRL + Shift and click Validate and Repair File...
- Super Validate File
- Click OK
- Close the Data Log
- Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
- Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
I hope this helps!
