What if and Change Assumption windows not loading

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
When I click the What if and Change Assumptions buttons in the Planner tool, the windows for those menus do not load. Instead I get a white screen that says: "Navigation to the Webpage was canceled" or a message stating: "Can't reach this page. Make sure the web address http://qp.exe is correct"

This issue is a bug that has been reported to our Development and Product teams for further investigation and resolution. Once a solution is created it will be made available as part of a future release.

Quicken user since 1995.
Current Quicken for Windows subscription user. I usually upgrade to the latest version about 1 week after full release.1
