PLANNING TAB [error Navigation to the website was cancelled]
Ken267
As you might see in my recent posts, I had some problems that were partially resolved by reinstalling a previous version of Quicken deluxe. The new problem that was introduced is the PLANNING tab wouldn't allow me to "change assumptions". I received an error message stating the the Navigation to the website was cancelled.
Today I updated to version 39.23. All's well (I think) except I'm still getting the planning error. "Navigation to the website is cancelled" It's not a huge deal, but it aught to work correctly.
Any Ideas? I don't want to go through another reinstall.

Deleting the cache folder solved the problem. Thank you.

From the referenced solution announcement in

post:
A fix has been implemented with version release R39.17. To update please navigate to Help > Check for updates or download and install the Mondo Patch
here
.
If you still experience this issue after installing version R39.17 or later, then you will need to close Quicken, remove the “Cache” folder from “C:\programData\Quicken
”, then reopen Quicken.
