Capital One Bank Reconcile

I've been able to reconcile with Capital One Bank with no problem - until today, when I got a note about the new sign in procedures. No problems signing in to Capital One with my credentials, got a email from Capital One that my account is linked to Quicken, but Quicken lists a download error (FDP-350) and has me sign in all over again. Have done this several times and have closed and reopened Quicken, but still get the same Quicken error message.
