Vanguard Download Error (-28)

Hi. I am using Version 6.5.3 (Build 606.43210.100) and now I can't download anything from Vanguard. I get the following error whenever I try to download from Vanguard:

Download Error (-28)
FL_WEBSITE_UNAVAILBLE:FDP-105:URL

How can I download my data?
