So, I am a first time buyer/user. I was unaware that I could not use this on the laptop I bought as it is a Chromebook, and from what I’ve been seeing/reading you are unable to use a lot of software when you have Chrome OS. I came to try and reach out for support from Quicken, but was quick to find out they’re enjoying their weekend while I’m wondering if I’ll ever see my money again or be able to use this software.
