Can't connect to cigna (HSA by HSA Bank)

For past 2-3 weeks, error FDP-105, website unavailable.

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, I am sorry that you are experiencing this error. 

    Are you able to access the bank's website through the link provided within Quicken? When you use this link do you receive the same error? 

    I recommend reaching out to HSA Bank and speaking with their Support team. They may be able to provide further information, and I am certain that they are eager to receive feedback from customers. Keep in mind that it may be necessary to request to speak with a Tier 2 representative or an escalations agent, as they are likely to have a greater degree of familiarity with third-party software and its interactions with their online banking services.
