Poor service from Quicken support

What am I doing wrong. I am a canadian subscriber. I log in. Go to Canada support and click on Chat with us. Wait time states 6 minute wait. on several occassions I have done this, waiting 36 minutes and get no response from Quicken. Is there a better way of contacting them. I don't want to try the telepone route as the cost would be hard to control based on a per minute charge, and no assurance the call will be picked within the 6 minute wait.
