My Quicken Deluxe subscription showing Renewal Cancelled

My Quicken Deluxe subscription expired 13 March 2022 whilst I was on holidays. I cannot seem to renew it using PayPal. On logging into my account it is showing RENEWAL CANCELLED. How can I renew my account?
