Have been getting error message OL-220-A when trying to update my TD bank accounts

This has been happening for 3 weeks. I've deactivated and reactivated, put in the password again - I can log into the bank from everywhere else (PC, phone, etc). The download method is Direct Connect. This is Quicken for Windows. Help?
