My accounts are showing up as in US dollars. My preferences are set to CAD so why?

I often see this after "resetting" connection for accounts
So I verify regularly if any accounts are showing U$ when they should not and vice versa
Also some accounts change from Checkjing to Saving and also vice versa
A bug surely, is it with the Financial Institution or Quicken ?

I had checked everything in my preferences and it said CAD then discovered there is also a Settings tab under Accounts and that is where the issue is….when I upgraded the version it apparently selected US in the settings even though it was CAD before. Very irritating, I have used Quicken for years but recent versions have created more issues for me than I would like.0
