Where is the Auto Reconcile option?

The help note for auto reconciling says "On the account register toolbar, click Account Actions > Reconcile".  My account register toolbar has no "Account Actions" option. How do I get to "Account Actions"?  (Quicken Windows R39.23)

    If you want to reconcile at any time, you can click the gearwheel icon in the upper right hand corner and select "Reconcile."  You can then enter "today's" date and "today's" Ending Balance (presumably gleaned from looking at your account online) on the "Reconcile:{Account Name} window and perform a reconciliation.   On that same window you can also select "Use online balance" if you want to reconcile after each download.

    Seems like the documentation is way out of date.  "Account Actions" is now the gear icon in the upper right of the register.
