TD bank is only downloading 1 week of transactions

I have a few TD accounts and I needed to updated information so I disconnected accounts and renamed them and when I reconnected it only downloads one weeks worth and when I went on my accounts in TD that is all I am seeing now under my transactions.

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue. 

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. Are you only seeing one weeks worth of transactions on the Financial Institution's website also? What is the Connection Method you have set up with TD Bank? You can see the Connection Method by navigating to one of your TD Bank accounts > Settings (in the bottom right corner)> Downloads Connection Type.
