Can't get online bill using Quicken, but bill is shown in account

Quicken does not see online bill in my account, but if I go to the biller's website the due amount is shown and by clicking a link I can see the bill. In this case the biller is Spectrum Internet Service. How do I direct Q to the bill? Q is able to log into the account, but comes back saying that there is no bill available.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
To start with, I suggest you try to Review and Repair Online billers. However, I do recommend saving a backup first (just in case). Once you have saved a backup, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab and click on the gear icon on the top-right. Then, click on Review and Repair > Review and Repair Online Billers in the dropdown menu.
Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.
