Quicken support dead/closed?

Never had to contact support before - well, at least that I can remember. When trying the phone and chat options on the site, the Get Started button does nothing. I've cleared my cookies/cache and tried 3 different browsers. Maybe it's lunchtime?

    Finally got in. Used a browser in a virtual machine. Usually the browser will prompt me when a popup is blocked. Then I just allow and move on. No indication in any browser on this site.

    You need to allow pop-ups from your browser.
