Regularly Deactivating/Activating Online Downloads

Hi,
Using R29.23 on Window 11 and about once every two weeks I must deactivate and reactivate online downloading services for accounts that no longer require a password stored in the vault. The other accounts, those requiring a password in the vault do not have this problem.

There is no indication of a problem outside of a lack of transactions being downloaded. After deactivating and reactivating the online downloads they start coming again.

This is happening across all accounts that do not require a password in the vault.

Anyone else seeing this and how does one make it stop?

    Just so you know, the accounts that don't require passwords are Express Web Connect, and the reason they don't require a password is because the password is stored on the servers.  The ones that require passwords are Direct Connect.

    As far as getting Express Web Connect accounts to work correctly, sorry I can't help there.
