Quicken lack of Customer Support

Why is it impossible to ever receive any support from Quicken when you have a problem with the software not allowing you to connect to your bank?
They have NO Support after you purchase the software.

    What happens when you try to contact Q Support?

    will not give a phone # so i can talk to a human aboout a downloading problem

    Why can you give me a phone number I can call to talk to a real human. [Removed - Disruptive] I would be so happy to talk to a living helpful human being.
