USAA Downloads not Working (again)

Quicken Windows Other Member ✭✭
I know this has been a problem before but here we are again. Online balance updates but no transaction downloads. Yes been thru the reset up/reregister etc. Is this a system error at one end or the other? (And I am not getting any error messages)
