What happened with Citibank CC downloads?

Haven't been able to download either of my 2 citibank credit card data -- 1 visa + 1 mastercard. Is there a reported general problem?

An Alert was posted about a problem: ONGOING 4/12/22 Citibank Citi Cards CC-502/FDP-102. Is this the issue you have?Also, have you tried downloading via the Citi Cards setup link? This will set up Direct Connect which is more reliable and faster than Express Web Connect...and Direct Connect is not affected by the issue in this Alert.If you have not done that and are interested in doing it you might want to read https://community.quicken.com/discussion/comment/20261761#Comment_20261761 .

I had the same issue for several days. Today I did a connection reset and it is now working fine.1
