Citibank not updating

I've seen a bunch of posts about Citibank not loading transactions. This is happening to me. Please advise if there's a recent solution to this ongoing issue. Very frustrating.

It's now April 19 and the problem still hasn't been solved. Can Quicken post an update on what's happening and how long this will take.
