Always seems to be some issue downloading Citibank data in MAC. Using Quicken Connect connection type often the download creates a new account in the account list for the recent transactions.

Hello @gemerald,
Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.
Could you please create a test file and add your Citibank account(s) to see if the same error occurs? You can do this by navigating to File > New > Start from Scratch. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps in the event that you would like to return to your original starting position.
Please let me know how this goes, I look forward to hearing from you.-Quicken Jasmine
