Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I found the plan under investing using the instructions that was given from voya. I put my user id [Removed - Privacy] and pin and it is telling me to contact them at 855-663-8092 in order to sign up. I am not doing anything wrong and the plan is compatible to quicken so why is it that i am unable to download into quicken

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.
When receiving a message to contact the financial institution while trying to set up and download your accounts, it usually means that the financial institution requires giving 3rd-party software authorization. This is usually the case when connecting via Direct Connect.
I recommend reaching out to your financial institution to find out if they require Direct Connect authorization for Quicken.
