Error CC-501 PNC Bank Business Checking Account

I have been racking my brain and there is literally no answer that you can provide for the money I paid to Quicken, including the $115.00 yearly fee you've deducted from my credit card this month. This CC-501 issue when I try to download my transactions to my account [Removed - Speculation] with no solution on site. Then why are you advertising how downloading transactions can be done? I think you engineers should find a solution ASAP for the money we pay to you.
