New to quicken and my cred card balance is way off

Question

I just added my accounts today, all look good except one. A credit card which has a balance of around -$8400 is showing as have a Positive balance of +$250.  I have tried to remove and re-add the account yet same thing happen.  Not sure if I did something wrong with this account or if im just missing something.  Main problem looks like the initial starting balance is off.  So what iv done is manually changed the account balance and added the interest charges that also did not download so now i have a pencil icon that says uncleared.

Also take a look at your Opening Balance.  It should reflect the ending amount on your most recent statement plus any debits that hadn't cleared as of that statement minus any outstanding credits.Add any outstanding items into your Q account manually, if needed.
