Check not showing during reconciliation

Windows Version R40.21, Build 27.1.40.21.
Some checks (marked cleared) appearing in check register are not showing during a reconciliation. How can that happen?

Are they dated on or prior to the end date entered for the reconcile? Anything after that date is not shown by design regardless of CLR status.

Transaction was well within the reconciliation dates. However, after exiting Quicken and restarting, the issue has disappeared. I have no idea what happened.
