Is there a issue with downloading quotes & transactions from Fidelity

I am unable to download transactions from Fidelity

We're not having any issues downloading quotes and transactions from Fidelity Investments or Fidelity NetBenefits.

The problem is in downloading transactions. Error code OL-297-A

Restarted the computer, still got the same error code

I'm not having any issues with our  4 Fidelity accounts either.  All downloaded this morning.

Issue was resolved by going to the tool bar click on tools click on one step update clears the hang up
