Can I add a foreign bank to update Quicken, specifically, the Mizrahi bank in Israel?

We have a new account in the Mizrahi bank and I would like to automatically upload transactions from there to Quicken.

    Unfortunately, this bank does not support downloads to Quicken. In order for your financial institution to be added to our bank list, your financial institution would need to get in contact with our service provider. However, please note that banks outside of the U.S. and Canada are not usually compatible for downloads with Quicken.
