Synchrony bank debits and credits reversed

Is anyone else experiencing with Synchrony bank credit cards that debits credits are being downloaded backwards? In other works a credit card charge is being downloaded as a payment and a credit card payment is being downloaded as a charge. This started within the last couple of days, potentially right after the most recent update? I am running Quicken R40.21 Build 22.214.171.124 on windows
I have similar issue but all transactions are reversed . All downloaded charges show as payments and all payments show as charges0
