My citibank charges aren't downloading, and this is the error message I'm getting. The website isn't down. I've had to manually enter the charges.
I've gone through the process to reset the login and to update login info.

Just a shot in the dark ...Have you tried this?
- Close the Quicken app
- Shutdown your Mac
- Power down and reboot your home WiFi router (I assume you're attempting to connect from home and not some free WiFi coffee shop)
- Reboot your Mac
- Start Quicken and try again.

Thanks for the suggestion ... I tried that to no avail. One day last week it connected and it appeared resolved, but then it has been down ever since. Attached is a screenshot of the error message today.0
