Check for Updates Error (Q Mac)

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I get the following error when trying to check for Updates...and I'm not able to download transactions from my bank because there are updates that I need to apply. Thoughts?

Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, I do apologize that you are experiencing this error.
Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling Quicken? Please refer to the following support articles for instructions on uninstalling here and reinstalling here.
