How To Record The Repricing of Stock Option Grant

Hi how do I record the repricing of stock option grant? Is there a special transaction I can select for this or do I need to delete and re-enter the original grant?

If all you need to do is to change (usually, "reduce") the exercise price then use the "Reprice Employee Stock Option" action.
