CC-506 w/ First BankCard (FNBO) (First National Bank of Omaha)

For over a week receiving error CC-506 with First BankCard (FNBO). I have tried deactivating and resetting, followed the steps in the support article. No success in updating this account. Can anyone offer suggestions? Thanks.
