Where do I find the option to turn off Direct Connect Bill Pay, I looked at all the menus, but missed it?

Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community with this question.
You should be able to right-click on the account > Edit/Delete Account > Online Services > the bottom portion of this tab should show bill pay information, if you have bill pay set up, this is where you should see an option to deactivate/disable under the bottom of the bill pay section.
